Meet Andrew Betts

I’m Andrew Betts, founder of ICONDA Solutions.
As a coach and trainer specializing in professional communication, I support individuals in becoming more effective communicators — both in interpersonal situations and as influential members of their organizations.

My career began in small electronics companies in the UK. After earning a PhD in analog IC design, I taught at University College London. Drawn back to industry, I joined STMicroelectronics, working in Bristol and later relocating to Grenoble, France — where I’ve lived ever since.

Following leadership roles at Qualis Europe and Magma Design Automation, I launched ICONDA Solutions in 2009 to focus fully on coaching and learning development.
