Communication Practice for School Heads

When you click on My Learning Space, you come here (via a login, if necessary). From here, you can access exercises for various types of conversations and scenarios. They can be used for working with others, or alone, using an AI assistant.

How it works

There are four sets of exercises:

Practice complete Candid Exchanges

2. In face-to-face conversations
3. Analysing scripts (presented as film scenes)
Practice the three main guidelines of the Pause position
Practice the three main guidelines of the Ask position
Practice the three main guidelines of the Explain position
