Product Description

This coaching program combines one-to-one coaching with targeted learning resources you’ll use between sessions. These resources include:

  • Short videos
  • Practical tools
  • Reference documents
  • Quizzes

The materials are drawn from Andrew’s extensive real-world experience delivering training worldwide. Many of the tools come directly from his 2017 book Client Encounters of the Technical Kind.

Modular and flexible

The resources are modular, so we can tailor the program to your specific needs. As with general coaching, we begin by setting clear goals—these are usually more focused and always linked to customer-facing work.

This program is designed for professionals in roles that involve direct customer interaction, such as:

Of course, this list isn’t exhaustive. In smaller businesses, many roles involve some level of customer contact, while in larger companies you may also need to manage relationships with important internal customers.

Because it’s supported by existing learning materials, the coaching sessions are especially productive. This does mean:

  • You’ll need to commit to some self-study between sessions.

Aside from that, the sessions feel very similar to general coaching. You’ll have a supportive space to think, reflect, and move forward, with Andrew listening closely and helping you find practical ways to tackle your communication challenges.
