Product Description
This coaching program combines one-to-one coaching with targeted learning resources you’ll use between sessions. These resources include:
- Short videos
- Practical tools
- Reference documents
- Quizzes
The materials are drawn from Andrew’s extensive real-world experience delivering training worldwide. Many of the tools come directly from his 2017 book Client Encounters of the Technical Kind.
Modular and flexible
The resources are modular, so we can tailor the program to your specific needs. As with general coaching, we begin by setting clear goals—these are usually more focused and always linked to customer-facing work.
