Definitions, Terms, and Conditions for Coaching Services
Description
Individual coaching involves accompanying a person in developing their potential, skills, and self-fulfillment, both in their professional life and, if desired, their personal life.
Beyond this dimension, coaching provides a safe space where the coachee can discuss their professional goals, experiences, and obstacles.
The coach adheres to the deontology of professional coaching, requiring that he use a place of supervision that enables the protection of his clients and himself. He is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) as a Senior Practitioner. The current version of the EMCC Code of Ethics is available to the coachee on request.
The coach undertakes to do his best to foster a relationship based on authenticity, acceptance of differences, trust, respect, and co-creation. He aims to help the coachee develop their analytical, emotional, and relational skills, refine their specific and unique posture in line with their personality, guarantee their professional integrity, preserve their well-being, and recharge their batteries.
Progress objectives
The coachee’s general objectives will be agreed at the start of coaching, and more specific objectives will be clarified session by session as the program progresses.
Practical details
Coaching will take place using a digital solution, with sessions of 45 minutes each, scheduled by coach and coachee according to their respective availability and the needs of the program.
Payment, adaptations, and termination
Payment will be made in one installment using the ICONDA Solutions e-commerce site.
Should the session format or program duration be modified, the financial terms will be revised by mutual agreement.
The contract may be terminated at the request of either the coachee or the coach at any time, provided that one week’s notice is given. It will take effect after a discussion of the reasons for termination during the closing session. The terminating party will forfeit the remainder of the program. That is, in the case of cancellation by the coach, the coach will reimburse the coachee; in the case of cancellation by the coachee, they will not be eligible for any reimbursement.
Coaching operations
The smooth running of coaching sessions is subject to certain operating conventions.
Benevolence: the coach welcomes the client’s input, without any form of judgment or evaluation.
Freedom of topic: The coachee is free to talk about any subject of concern.
Investment: The coachee agrees that for the coaching program to meet their expectations and achieve their objectives, they must invest significant energy in the sessions and in associated work outside of the sessions.
Attendance and Punctuality: Both parties will endeavor to respect the schedule they have agreed to. In the event of force majeure, rescheduling solutions can be discussed. If the coachee arrives late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time. If the coach arrives late, the session may be extended accordingly, or the lost time will be added to another session.
Scope and Referral: If issues encountered by the coachee fall within the scope of other disciplines, such as psychotherapy, the coach may, in this case, refer them to other competent professionals.
